This policy covers the NeodyAI website (neody.ai), the NeodyAI app (app.neody.ai) and the developer site (developers.neody.ai). "We" means NeodyAI.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your email address and the answers you choose to give on the website (your type of business, where your time goes, the apps you use, and your website address if you share it). When you use the app, your name, sign-in details and the content you or your teammates put into your workspace.
- What we collect automatically. Basic technical logs needed to run and protect the service, such as request times, browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use for rate limiting. The website doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Cookies. The app uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use cookies for advertising.
How we use it
- To send you the email you asked for, such as the link that opens your workspace, a sign-in link or a password reset.
- To set up and run your workspace, including suggesting processes for your type of business.
- To reply when you ask to talk to a person, and to follow up on a request you made.
- To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.
We send transactional emails only: emails you asked for, or emails about your own account and workspace. We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers, and we don't send marketing emails without your permission.
Your workspace data
What you put into your workspace belongs to you or your organization. Every workspace is kept separate from every other one. AI processing runs under the rules you set in the app, and we don't use your workspace content to train AI models.
Who helps us run the service
We use a small number of providers who process data only on our behalf:
- Amazon Web Services sends our emails.
- Cloudflare runs our network and DNS.
- AI model providers handle processing that you turn on in the app.
How long we keep it
- Website requests: kept while we follow up with you. Each workspace link expires after 24 hours.
- Workspace data: kept while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete its data, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information at any time. If an email bounces or you mark one as spam, we stop emailing that address.
