How do I stay in control of what the AI does?

The business decides what to automate, when and how: a person can be put in the loop at any step, and each process is set to shadow, assisted or supervised. Autonomy is earned: NeodyAI measures how often reviewers agree with each check, and processes only run more on their own when that number says they should. Routine decisions run in a fraction of a second with a confidence score; anything uncertain, risky or involving money waits for a person.

How does getting paid work?

NeodyAI runs the whole get-paid process — sending invoices, taking card or bank payments online and chasing what's late — and the money goes straight into the business's own Stripe account. Payments: card, Apple Pay and ACH bank transfer on a branded payment page, with payment links in every email. Payments are processed by Stripe and paid out by Stripe; NeodyAI never holds the business's money. Standard Stripe fees apply. Getting paid is in beta.

Does it work with the apps I already use?

A process asks for a capability, such as storing a file or sending an email, and the business chooses per capability whether NeodyAI's app or its own provides it, and can switch later without rebuilding. CRM, Work, Documents and Billing apps are included; QuickBooks and Xero stay the books.
